Seeing With New Eyes

Seeing with new eyes is a wonderful way to welcome spring.  Try it.  Feel into it!  I invite you to grok how seeing with new eyes, having our eyes and heart open, is a rich, vibrant way to live our lives!  Whether we are dealing with conflict, or challenging family members, the grit and grunge in the world, the glory and grandeur of it: seeing with new eyes can actually open heart and mind… create the opportunity to entertain other perspectives, to go for joy, compassion, curiosity.

There’s lots to explore, obviously, but I’ll stop now, because this post is a photo essay: Seeing With New Eyes, images and evocations, many of them kindness of an exchange student who recently visited us.  Thanks Simone!

Open your eyes, your heart, take some deep breaths and enjoy these shots of our amazing city and park!  And the look around wherever YOU live, and see with new eyes, the familiar, the new, the find the extraordinary in the ordinary, and the ordinary in the extraordinary.   Let me know what you find!
